Hi, I’m Michelle, a Creative Marketing Consultant based in Barbados. I help big and small businesses plan and execute creative marketing.

I started my career in 2008 and worked my way up the ranks of two of Barbados’ top agencies; going from Graphic Designer/Copywriter, to Creative/Account Executive; until 2013 when I landed a job as Marketing Manager at a global company.

In 2016 I decided to leave the corporate world and go out on my own. I established my own practice as an independent consultant and (after a brief stint back into a corporate  role), I’m currently consulting full-time.
